We had a fantastic stay at this venue! The location was ideal for exploring the hotspots nearby, especially not far from St Mark's Square. The service was exceptional, from the room amenities like the mini-bar and paid in-room safe, to the friendly staff from housekeeping to the managers. The on-site leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and exercise gym, were perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar/lounge area, with options for a continental breakfast, dinner, or restaurant buffet.

We would recommend this hotel to all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, modern, clean, and spacious. The staff were nice, polite, and very friendly. They even accommodated our request to change to a room with a street view. The hotel facilities were relatively new or remodeled, and the bathrooms were nice. We also appreciated the excellent internet connection, which made our work tasks much easier. The location was excellent for us, as it was near the hospital where we needed to visit relatives. Additionally, there were plenty of parking spaces available, which was convenient for us as we had a car. these were the best aspects of our stay at the hotel.

Perfect location steps away from St. Mark's Square. Atmospheric breakfast with gondolas passing by and musicians serenading. Helpful staff and lovely Venetian-style room. Ate at various restaurants including The Omnibus by the water near Rialto Bridge. Short stroll to Marco Square. Can see the gondola basin.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore all the sites of Venice. It was just a few minutes away from the famous Rialto bridge, and within walking distance to St Mark's Square. Additionally, the staff was extremely professional and multilingual, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast options were limited for vegetarians, with only scrambled eggs and white toast available.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, with plenty of fresh options to choose from. The service to our room was excellent, and all the staff members were pleasant and accommodating. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is within walking distance to all the major hotspots in the area. we were very impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided here.

We were initially disappointed with the first room we were given at Bonvecchiati. the hotel staff were very accommodating and moved us to a different room, recently renovated and had a great walk-in shower. The location of the hotel was superb, and the terrace bar/restaurant was a great place to relax and enjoy good food. The breakfast buffet on the terrace overlooking the canal was excellent. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room was small and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The beds were uncomfortable and the two singles pushed together was not ideal.

Our stay at this hotel was a unique experience. Located near the main attractions, just off the Rialto bridge, we were able to walk to all the must-see spots. Our room was very comfortable, with an excellent view of the canal and gondolas. The staff was always ready to help and the breakfast had a good variety of options.
